Attorney James (“Jay”) O’Neil founded the Law Offices in 2019 after ten years of practicing in estates with a focus on estate planning, probate and trust administration, inheritance litigation. Jay’s mission is to help guide his clients through the complex process of estate planning and trust and probate administration.
Jay’s passion lies in educating his clients on the law and advising them on the best way of reaching their goals. He stresses the importance of avoiding outside interference and avoiding mistaken choices and judgments. He has helped hundreds of clients plan for their futures and manage the transfer of property following the passing of a loved one.
